Healthy Pumpkin Caramel Dip

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raw cashew butter I use Artisana Organics
  • ¼ cup honey I use local raw
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2-3 each apples any kinds you like!

Instructions

  • Add the cashew butter and honey to a small bowl and mix until fully mixed together
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well until fully combined and smooth
  • Cut 2-3 apples to serve caramel with and (optional) spritz with lemon juice so they don't brown.
    Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator

Notes

  • The absolute best tasting and smoothest cashew butter I have found is the Artisana Organics brand. Note that if you use a different brand, or make your own it can change the consistency of the caramel. 
  • You can store the caramel in the fridge with no issues. Serve straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
